I just received my order of Sweetheart Rose today (Lunt Sterling) and once again the silverware was of absolute top standard and a beauty to place on the table. I have made the mistake of purchasing one item from an auction site and I can tell you that it was sub-standard and although maybe cheaper in price was not worthy to grace my table. "I have been using your company for over fifteen years now replacing pieces of my grandmothers sterling silver, china and crystal. Now I am trying to help my boyfriend replace pieces of his grandmother's china. The pattern she had is nonexistent, but you manage to find the pieces along with mine, in a matter of days, or so it seems. Once or twice I have bought items that were "worn". When placed with my collection, you cannot tell the difference between the two. The packing of my order have be so good, I do not see how any piece could break in the shipment from your store to my house. When placing orders by phone or from your web site, your staff makes sure they understand my order. If not, they have called or emailed me to make sure they have the order correct. I had tried other companies when I first started replacing these patterns, but once I found your company, it is the only one I use now."

"Dear Bob, Just wanted to let you know that my Royal Albert cups and saucers arrived a couple of hours ago. What an amazing service you offer. Thank you so much, the new pieces now complete my set and although I do not know the history of the pieces you sent to me from the USA I love them as much as I do my grandmother's original pieces. I keep going back to the dresser just looking in disbelief that I now have a complete tea set. My 2 sisters and I have lots of treasured china from our grandmother and great grandmother, we have used the china throughout it's journey from their hands into ours, lots of laughs lots of tears, lots of aspirations and lots of disappointments have been worked through over a cup of tea in our beloved china. They really are historical pieces, just holding them reminds me of different occasions. Up until 1986 there were 5 generations alive in my family so I can actually visualize the pieces in use by the different generations, I don't have to imagine. If you have time, can you let me know the name of the china set on the cover of your "thank you" brochure. (it has a turkey on the plate). I actually have a very large oval carving plate of the same pattern but I can no longer read the manufactures details on the back, it has worn away. All I know about it is that my mother had it when I was very young (our Christmas turkey was always served on it) and she gave it to me about 25 years ago. I am guessing that it has been in the family about 50 plus years, my mother passed away 4 years ago so I can't trace it's history. I have just sent an e-mail to Australian House & Garden magazine thanking them for the mention they gave to you in their August issue.Thanks again."
